    1. Let him be, I was like him when I failed to get in after applying for a TSR role in Link2support 9 years ago. The interview session was doing well until the HR asked what do you expect of this job? I said that the role would be easy and you would just sit down and talk to people after saying that the HR smiled and said she will call me back, rookie errors I guess.

  2. Call center agents usually get free food and hotel accommodation during typhoon. Mas kawawa ung mga nagdedeliver ng pagkaen nila -_-

    1. Tama. Bago unahin yung paglalagay ng unyon sa call center unahin muna alisin yung contractualization para magkaroon din ng premium yung mga nagdedeliver.

  3. Wow maka hotel naman?? Have u experienced working in a bpo industry para sabihin nio yan? Wow ah. We need to do the OT substitute para sa mga di nakakapasok during typhoon and no hotel accomodatio, snooze box/sleepingquarters/trainingroom lang ang katapat namin pag ganun. The hell with u guys

    1. Actually, some of the not so known centers do give hotel accommodations to their employees, and not just the managers or higher ups. It's just that most of the "big" and well known BPO companies wring out their employees worth so much you can hang them to dry for 10 minutes. Sabi nga nila, sulit na sulit yung bayad nila sayo. I'm sure a lot of people can relate to this.

PLDT ULTERA REVIEW AND SMARTBRO CANOPY

Thinking of a work from home setup? Working from home means having more time with the family, but you have to consider your kids, background noises (dogs, tricycle, videoke) and a good home office setup. One of the most important thing to invest in is your internet connection. Let me share my experience on PLDT uLTEra, after 25 months of usage of theSmart Bro Canopy plan 999 or PLDT Home Bro I can say that I’m quite satisfied with the service since I get a constant speed of almost 2Mbps download plus upload and a friend is also using the same connection for his work from home office.   As part of their retention service PLDT offered a free upgrade to PLDT Home Bro Ultera. So what do I got after the upgrade? 1.        Free installation and activation fee. 2.        3Mbps of High-speed LTE service. 3.        I could still keep my SmartBro/HomeBro Canopy till I fully use the PLDT Ul...

PLDT HomeBro uLTEra capped versus Canopy (Side by Side SpeedTest)

As promised on my previous post  I'll be providing the side by side speed test between a capped plan 999 PLDT HomeBro uLTEra and HomeBro Canopy. Since the daily cap of the uLTEra plan 999 is 333 mb it would be impossible for a typical user to not reach this daily cap, this is the reason why I used the capped speed of the uLTEra to compare both connections.
